ACCOUNT MANAGER

50 Wagstaff Drive, Toronto  - Full-time

The purpose of the Account Manager role is to work with existing wholesale partners to strengthen their coffee programs, develop loyalty and increase the value of existing wholesale partnerships.

You will:

  • Communicate Pilot’s coffee offerings, ordering process, shipping policies and the logistics role to wholesale partners
  • Establish and maintain industry leading quality control across wholesale partners
  • Manage customer touch points by creating and maintaining a schedule to ensure wholesale partners are receiving consistent contact and exceptional service
  • Work with the accounts team to provide industry leading service, including training, technical support, and consultation
  • Work with the Head of Account Management to bring to market new ideas on how to service and grow wholesale partnerships
  • Work with the Head of Account Management to identify opportunities for growth within existing wholesale partners and create strategy to increase the value of wholesale partners
  • Set up new wholesale accounts and capture relevant data using systems such as Netsuite, Moneris and Big Commerce
  • Organize and represent the company at special events and coffee industry events

You have:

  • 5 years previous experience working in the specialty coffee industry
  • 2-3 years previous experience working as a barista
  • A valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid experience in a customer service focused role
  • Previous hands on technical experience with specialty coffee equipment

  • Organizationally Savvy - stay abreast of what’s happening across the company, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
