Under the leadership of our CFO, The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for accurately maintaining and recording business transactions in Netsuite. In addition to these Netsuite responsibilities, the role will be required to process our biweekly payroll.  This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.

1. AP (Aged Payables)

  • Ensure PO’s issued matches what was received & Bill from vendor

  • Weekly payment schedule plan report to Managing Director

  • Issue and record payments

  • Liaison w/ Vendors

  • Enter Vendor information

2. AR (Aged Receivables)

  • Follow up with outstanding balances from customers

  • Monthly AR reporting to Managing Director

  • Monthly Statement reports to customers

  • Process cheques, DD, E-transfers, etc from customers

  • Liaison w/ customers & Account Managers regarding payment activities

  • Set-up of any accounting related information

3. Expenses

  • Oversee employee expenses which includes

  • Monthly pay out if applicable

  • Travel/trip expenses

  • Gas mileage

4.  Payroll

  • Process our biweekly payroll for +100 employees through Ceridian

  • Update any payroll changes, respond to payroll enquires from employees

  • Understand basic payroll legislation

  • Year end Payroll

-conduct weekly bank reconciliations of accounts in accounting software (Netsuite)

-other duties as required by our CFO


  • Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years work experience in Finance

  • Diploma or University Degree in business/finance or equivalent preferred

  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Netsuite is benefical

  • Professional work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Adaptable to changing deadlines

  • Proven attention to detail and quick and accurate data entry skills
